CNRS Scientific School GRISBI
RENABI GRISBI is organizing its first Scientific School « GRISBI Next-Gen Bioinformatics». This school will propose to the participants a state of the art review of the current large-scale scientific computing technologies. Different feedbacks from experiments and usage in the field of bioinformatics will complete the course. The program will more precisely deal with computing technologies such as grid computing, Web services, specific hardware such as GP-GPU, and emerging technologies such as cloud computing. Participation is reserved to French scientist and engineers. The school is supported by the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique CNRS. The school is linked to the current effort of French ReNaBi newtork to deploy its distributed Bioinformatics infrastructure on top of its 13 national platforms.
